ICCO Accessories not only has the knowledge about fashion wholesale business but also has an eye to read the latest trend and integrate it when buying merchandise from various vendors around the world.
- Customer must provide a valid resale tax ID number and non-US customers must specify “International” for their resale number
- Please be mindful of slight differences in color between the website and the actual item can occur. Every computer has different color settings. If you receive an item that is a completely different color than what was ordered, please contact us via email.
- All orders are prepay using Authorize.net(credit crad) or PayPal.
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX). The billing address must match the credit card being used.
- We hold a partial amount of your total until the shipping cost is determined or if there is a shortage in merchandise. Once the complete order/cost is ready, the rest of the amount will be refunded to your account if needed.
SHIPPING POLICY (FOR DOMESTIC, INTERNATIONAL, & U.S. TERRITORIES)
- For orders placed during normal business hours, Icco Accessories will try to process and ship out merchandise within the same day, contingent upon the availability of certain items and/or larger orders, which need extra attention
- Please be sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address because once your package has left the warehouse, it is difficult and costly to intercept
- We primarily use UPS or USPS, depending on which carrier provides a less costly price for your merchandise from Los Angeles, California
- If you have any special requests or prefer a specific carrier/cargo, please specify on the COMMENTS box
- All refused or unclaimed packages will be charged a 30% restocking fee and additional shipping costs
- When a refused or unclaimed package is reshipped, there is no restocking fee, but customer is responsible for the shipping cost
- All sales are not subject to a refund. In some cases, merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued in cases of defects or damages ONLY.
- All requests or claims on your order must be made within 5 business days from the day your packaged is received.
- All returns must be discussed via email for our records. Please send all requests to email@example.com (must include PO #, style #, reason for return, and a photo).
- Once the return is authorized and approved, shipping arrangements is the returner’s responsibility. Icco Accessories is not responsible for items lost in transit.
