REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding purchases from ICCO ACCESSORIES: 1. **All Sales Final**: No refunds are provided. In specific cases of manufacturer defects or damages, store credit may be issued. 2. **Claims and Requests**: Must be made within 5 business days of receiving the package. Claims for damages or defects must be emailed to ICCO.ONLINE@GMAIL.COM and include store name, invoice number, style number, reason for exchange, and a photo of the damaged item. 3. **Responsibilities**: ICCO ACCESSORIES is not responsible for lost items in transit or for missed deliveries. Insurance is applied to shipments over $100.00 to mitigate these risks. 4. **Return Process**: Once authorized, the item may need to be returned. Claims made after 5 business days require the customer to cover shipping costs. 5. **Undeliverable Shipments**: Refused or undeliverable shipments due to incorrect names or addresses are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the purchase price. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 6. **Shipping to Puerto Rico**: A $10.00 shipping and handling fee applies to all shipments to Puerto Rico, including USPS flat rate shipments. 7. **Legal Disputes**: Customers are responsible for ensuring purchased merchandise does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or trademark rights. ICCO ACCESSORIES assumes no liability for legal disputes arising from the purchase and or use of our merchandise. 8. **Credit and Exchanges**: All refunds are provided as store credit only, valid for one year from the issue date. Consolidation orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. 9. **Business Conduct**: ICCO ACCESSORIES reserves the right to terminate business relations with customers who abuse our policies. This policy is designed to clarify the terms of purchase and ensure transparency in customer transactions with ICCO ACCESSORIES.
